Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We want everyone to be happy with their Concrete Bee purchase.  If you find yourself with a defective product, or just not happy with your purchase, we will replace it, refund your purchase price, or issue a credit to be used for anything else in our line.  

Full refunds will be issued if the following conditions are met:

• Contact us within 30 days of purchase VIA email - theconcretebee@gmail.com and include the following information

1. Name, date of purchase, location of purchase, reason you are not happy. 

• Product is in good condition (unless defects have been discovered)
• Candles are less than 50% consumed

After receiving your email, we will process your return and let you know how the product should be returned.
